Commit lead

Block "Commit lead" helps to commit requests from users and see statistics on them on the main screen of the HighTouch system.

In this block you can add images, text, menu items. To display the necessary information about the user in the request, add the names of the variables (in two curly brackets) that you want to display in the request in the "Service settings" field. Click "Submit" to save.

By default, the bot captures the user's Name and Phone Number.

This block captures orders and displays these orders in the "Store" - "Orders" section. When the user goes to this step, the data about the user (data from the variables you specify in the settings of the block) will automatically get into your system.
