Managing every chat individually.

There will be displayed only one on one conversations. If you want to see one in particular, just click on it.

There you'll have the whole conversation from your bot's POV. You con scrool down as much as you want, chat with your client as your bot and see the time each message was sent. As you can see in the picture below there is also a short menu that helps you navigate the way your bot uses operates with the commands that you gave it using HighTouch.
