Keeping track of your bot's engagement.

In this block you have 3 sections, and each one of it offers you to look at all of the people/group chats that have ever used your chatbot. You can sort them by searching for a particular tag. It is also possible to convert the list to Excel if needed.

Subscribers — a list of private conversations between a single user and the bot.

Groups — the same as for subscribers but with group chats.

Leads — that's where we store all the notifications that consist of client's contacts and their submussion.
