Common entities

Shop - the central unit on the HighTouch platform. One shop can be viewed as one account, to which various messengers are linked.

All entities, except users, are bound to a specific shop. Each shop contains:

1. Connected channels (bots)

2. Dialogue scenarios

3. Subscriber base (all channels)

4. Variables

5. Tags

6. Growth tools

7. Categories and Products

8. Operators who have access to chat

A single HighTouch user can create multiple stores, and can provide access to other users.
